Waterfront Cangrejal River property, south of La Ceiba

The Cangrejal river valley or watershed south of La Ceiba is one of the favorite spots for expats to visit and make a dwell due to the nice and cool climate, outdoor activities, river rafting, birdwatching, rainforest etc. Already a few expat communities in the area along the river, in fact, most of the hotels and restaurants in the area are run by them. This place along with the east coast of La Ceiba are the two places that are becoming a tourist destination and are being sought after with good appreciation, being the waterfront and the road front the ones with more demand. This lot has 14 meters wide and 60 meters deep right at the edge of the community of Las Mangas, the biggest community in the area and just 8 miles south of La Ceiba, probably the most scenic trip in Honduras.
